About

I don’t travel. Not the way most people see traveling.

I get lost and find myself again and again.
I make my home to every corner of this world.
I buy flight tickets and go but my soul never returns.
Adventurer that’s what you should call me.
Lost jittery blossoming soul.

So hello everyone! I’m Viivi (or Viivi Severina, Lost Viivi, etc.) the author of this blog. There’s not that much to tell about me but here’re somethings:

  • I am 23 years old and still lost in my own life
  • I hate changes but get bored quickly if I don’t have something new to experience.
  • I began this blog to learn English, write down my memories, and maybe help some other lost souls.
  • Check out also my diary like photography blog

    1. Thank you so much! It means always so much for me when someone thinks my blog is good enough for nomination. I don’t unfortunately answer nominations in this blog but if it is okay I try to find time to answer in my side blog https://lostviivi.wordpress.com/

Once again thank you! And your blog is cool too 🙂

      1. Hi Vivi,
No problems. I actually was nominated in my old blog and Vanessa from Wanderlustplusone was similarly happy for me to write about the award in my new blog. Well done again. Cheers, Mark

  5. You’ve got a lovely blog here (your English is really good btw). I especially liked your posts on Kyoto – it’s one of my favourite cities and your photos of it are beautiful. Good luck with the rest of your bucket list!

    1. Hey and thank you for commenting! I totally love Barcelona and have been there two times. How long are you going to stay? If you are going to be there for short time I recommend taking the hop on hop off bus.

Other tips would be not to get conned or robbed. Barcelona is amazing city but because all the tourists there is many pickpockets and swindlers. La Rambla is must go place but also the home of these thieves. Keep eye on your bags and you should be okay 🙂

One specific tip I have for Barcelona is always ask how much would the drink cost in restaurant. Specially water. On my trip we found cheap restaurant and even all decided to drink water (because it should be cheap, right?) but surprise the water costed us 3 euros/person.

I’m sorry I couldn’t be better help now but feel free to ask if you want to know more. 🙂

  6. Hi Neidotta, thank you for dropping by my website flyingoffcourse.com. Flyingoffcourse is also about getting lost and finding one’s self along the way. I agree… getting lost is not necessarily a bad thing. Keep traveling and writing!

    1. I had to google those movies because I only know them by the Finnish names. And yes I also like Finnish movies (and all those movies you mentioned) but that’s not surprise because I usually like all kind of movies. I think Finland makes amazing historical and teen movies (and I don’t know the titles in English or they all probably don’t even have English names.)
